Dendrobates ventrimaculatusNotes: Dendrobates ventrimaculatus is a very small species, that prefers to live amongst plants a few metres up. Males deposit the tadpoles in the axils of bromeliads (one per axil; the tadpoles have canibalistic tendancies!), where they develop.
